The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for wide-ranging administrative functions in the Dean’s Office to ensure excellent services in support of the Faculty. Reporting to the Director, the position supports the Director of Finance and Administration and two Associate Deans (Academic and Research) with financial, academic, and research-related processes. The position provides program support for Faculty-level course offerings including timetable coordination, calendar updates, and teaching assistant (TA) hiring.Key Responsibilities
