Reporting to the Manager, Operations and Special Projects, the Assistant Registrar, Convocation and Special Projects is accountable for all logistical aspects of Convocation ceremonies. The incumbent manages the efforts of various Registrar’s Office staff members to ensure deadlines are met, new initiatives are met, and all aspects of Convocation run smoothly for approximately twenty ceremonies and 4,200 graduates per year. As a member of the Administration team, this position will contribute to the successful execution of high-impact and high-profile special projects.Key Responsibilities
