Job Description

Steele Ford Lincoln is currently seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join our team in Halifax, NS. You will be provided with the unique opportunity to learn management skills hands on, by providing direct support to the Service Manger.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coach and train Service Advisors to ensure you are building a strong, successful team
  • Provide support to the Service Manager with your excellent organization & communication skills
  • Manage the warranty process
  • Reviewing productivity and efficiency records of personnel on a regular basis
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in an automotive career
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Be well organized; possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Hardworking, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills.
  • Managerial experience considered an asset
