  • Daily portfolio maintenance through processing lifecycle events and restructurings
  • Review and set up of new securities or deals including any relevant attributes
  • Provide reporting services to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide reporting and support to the client operations team during the billing cycle
  • Support daily operations efforts to ensure SLAs are met in an efficient manner
  • Conduct second reviews on setups and credit agreements for the operations team
Strategic Goals
  • Ensure procedures are followed and controls maintained in compliance with company policy
  • Deliver timely and accurate professional service to improve the client experience
Collaboration
  • Participate in projects to enhance the overall service offering as they arise in projects to enhance the overall service offering as they arise
Qualifications
  • University or College business degree with a concentration in accounting or finance
  • Fund Financing operations experience would be advantageous for this role
  • Fund accounting experience is an asset, but not required
  • Working experience with Syndicated or Private debt an asset
  • Good understanding of Syndicated or Private loans and their underlying principles
