The individual will be responsible for the on-going design, development, and execution of employee engagement and learning initiatives in BCS and will also support the Change Management lead in developing and executing on change readiness enablement efforts in support of our on-going BCS Organizational Transformation Program. Within this role, this individual will be responsible for the curation of strategic communications and will work in close collaboration with employee working groups, transformation leads, BCS Leadership, and key stakeholders across the Enterprise.What will you do

  • Be responsible for the overall execution and successful maintenance and delivery of existing employee engagement programming and for continuing to develop and evolve the BCS Learning & Development strategy to align with the overall BCS and RBC Capital Markets strategic imperatives. Work with all leads across various employee engagement streams to ensure successful implementation of their events and initiatives.
  • Manage all project tracking requirements for the Employee and Culture and Change Management workstreams.
  • Develop and implement key initiatives to support the BCS Learning & Development strategy, including the availability of programs for reskilling and upskilling existing staff and actions to develop early talent in partnership with Enterprise HR Learning partners.
  • Oversee and support continued development of BCS Employee Engagement Programming and collaborate with committee leads to improve and sustain employee engagement, and curate communication and event materials.
  • Work in partnership with the Change Management and Transformation Leads to support development and execution of communication, training and leadership alignment requirements to support the BCS Transformation Program and facilitate various forms of working sessions / dialogs with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Design and develop monthly video series content that highlights ongoing initiatives and accomplishments across BCS to celebrate achievements and support workforce transformation.
  • Perform ad hoc design, communication, and learning requests, such as, developing power point presentations, drafting stakeholder communications, providing connect site help, and providing relevant learning resources and materials when requested.
  • Maintain and help drive content for the BCS main connect site, BCS Xperience site and People Manager site and other related pages, demonstrating ability to increase engagement through regular improvements and curating and highlighting relevant content.
  • Manage BCS Learning Policy and Employee Engagement budgets and associated allocation and tracking to ensure adherence to budget and policy.
  • Develop and maintain process for the BCS video learning libraries managed through the Connect platform to support the BCS pillars employee training and process education objectives.
What you need to succeed
  • Bachelors degree
  • 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills - Writing Internal Business Communications
  • Attention to Detail and active listening

  • MS Office suite applications (Power Point, Word, Excel, SharePoint Designer, Storytelling)
  • Video Creation (Camtasia Software),
