It’s the defining attribute that we look for in our people.Gather requirements, convert Business requirements to Functional and Technical design.Deliver enhancements – estimate, design, develop, test & deployUnderstanding of supply chain business and BY functional processes for Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, etcShould have hands on experience in BY Demand, Fulfillment, Master Planning, Inventory optimization etc.Work with IT and Business Supply Chain teams to define BY Solutions.Handle user queriesSupport User Acceptance testingAdministration tasks like user management, data model manager etcBatch schedule change coordination as per the requirementsOnsite/Offshore co-ordinationGood-to-have skills:Collaborate with integrated application teams working on SAP ECC, SAP BW and Talend MiddlewareDomain knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, S&OP etc.Should have been a planner/planning lead in his/her past lifeShould have super user experience.About Cognizant:Cognizant (Nasdaq-100: CTSH) is one of the worlds leading professional services companies, transforming clients business, operating and technology models for the digital era.
