  • Building strategic Benchmark / Insurance Market Information Reports based on different systems and data sources (70%-80% of your time)
  • Working with our Technical Data Analytics colleagues to ensure data consistency and accuracy
  • Proactively collaborating with Broking teams to capture insurance market information
  • Working with colleagues across the country to ensure the timely and accurate collection of policy data points
  • Extracting policy level data points from emails and electronic files for input into our systems
  • Resolving data quality issues as they arise
  • Hosting regular status update meetings with assigned offices to collect required data points
  • Collaborating with other Data & Analytics Specialists on data clean up initiatives
  • Acting as a subject matter expert and resource for assigned projects on data and reporting matters

  • Post-secondary education an asset – background in business/analytics and/or an interest in the insurance industry an asset
  • Microsoft office proficiency, with focus on Excel (Pivot tables, formulas etc) and PowerPoint
    • Macro/VBA knowledge is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail required to ensure accuracy of inputs
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills will be essential in order to successful collaborate with virtual teams
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize under competing deadlines while managing expectations
