Job Description

Port to Port Immigration Services provides international recruitment and immigration services to primary resource industries, food processing, hospitality, agriculture, and both industrial and residential construction. Our company is looking to scale its operations to serve Canada, Mexico, and, the United States. We are looking for a Business Manager familiar with business development and growth in the human resources and business consulting service sectors. Ideally, the candidate will have more than five years of solid managerial experience and at least 3 years of business development in the fields of Human Resources, Marketing, and/or, other business consulting specialities. For the business management position, applicants will require business skills and experience to help Port to Port scale their operations, processes, and develop a business strategy related to labour market realities. The person must present and plan solutions to organizational challenges in order to streamline growth and diversifyservices.The position requires location to Canada. Job Duties: Analyze and Provide Advice on Managerial Methods and Organization.Conduct Research to Determine Efficiency and Effectiveness of Policies and Programs.Conduct Assessments and Propose Improvements to Methods, Systems, and Procedures in: Sales, Human Resources, Market Development, Financial Investment Strategies, and/or, Lean Operations. Provide Guidance and Support to Businesses on Regulatory Policies and Procedures as applicable to the movement of personnel and other resources.Plan the Re-Organization of the Operations of business expansion, through satellite offices and mergers, and acquisitions.Develop and Conduct Audits and Develop Quality Management and Assurance Standards.Suggest and Implement AI and Digital Adoption for CRMAssets: Masters of Business Management or Other Specialization.Fluent in English, French, and/or Spanish.Experience Working Abroad.Experience in Working with Diverse Workplaces.Experience Managing Remote Teams.Port to Port Immigration Services is and equal opportunity employer that is willing to sponsor candidates for permanent residency to Canada.
