  • Market Assessment: Conduct a comprehensive market analysis to identify potential entry points into the Carbon Capture industry.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and evaluate entry strategies, including startups, acquisitions, partnerships, or joint ventures.
  • P amp;L Management: Take ownership of pro forma P amp;L and related functions.
  • Operations Efficiency: Ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Relationship Management: Leverage existing industry relationships to support business development.
  • Corporate Finance: Handle deal sourcing, structuring, and negotiations.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Lead financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Analytics: Provide detailed analytics to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in the Carbon Capture industry with relevant industry relationships.
  • Expertise in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Entrepreneurial operating experience.
  • Robust financial analysis and negotiating skills.
  • Proven track record in deal sourcing.
