  • Weekly booking of cashbook entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Provide support to finance departments across the organization with their cash booking inquiries
  • Support finance seniors in the bank reconciliation process
  • Coordinate the resolution of outstanding reconciliation items, working with the leadership team to escalate where appropriate
Balance Sheet Activities
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations, communicating status and escalating items to leadership monthly
  • Monitor intercompany balances and support the settlement process
  • Provide support for the treasury trust fund reconciliation process
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Identify process improvements and work with finance leaders on their implementation
  • Opportunity for Involvement in cross-functional processes and special projects as required to support the wider finance department.
  • Other duties as assigned
