Job Description

Bayshore is looking for passionate and caring Continuing Care Assistants or Continuing Care Assistants In Training to join our inclusive team. You will be creating special one-on-one moments for clients that are matched with you (your skills and availability). Nature of Home Health
  • Hours: We have a wide variety of visits that range from a 1-hour visit per client up to a 12-hour visit
  • Clients: While we do cater to the older population, we provide service to all people in the vulnerable sector

  • Light Housekeeping
  • Personal Care
  • Meal Preparation
  • Transfer-If there are mechanical lifts present, we as a company will provide training before exposure to the client

  • You have a desire to help improve the lives of those in your community
  • You are dedicated to providing high-quality care services to clients and you have knowledge of practices for community care

  • You have a clear Vulnerable Sector Check or are willing to get one
  • If you are seeking a Personal Care role you have completed a formal, accredited caregiver training program and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience
