As one of the largest international bubble tea brands, Chatime sells over 100 millioncups of bubble tea every year and is the first public listed bubble tea company in history.Chatime Atlantic owns the exclusive franchise right of Chatime for Nova Scotia, Prince EdwardIsland and New Brunswick region. As of today, the company operates six stores in Halifax (NS),two stores in Moncton (NB), one store in Charlottetown (PEI) and one store in Sydney (NS).RequirementBecause of the exceptional growth of our franchise chain and the recent development of ecommercein the industry, Chatime Atlantic is seeking to build it’s own online retail andbeverage delivery platform. To assist the development of the new market, the company is inneed of a Channel Marketing Specialist who has experience and knowledge in e-commercemarketing and market development to join our team and work in our Halifax office. TheSpecialist will take a proactive role on e-commerce channel development and promote newretail channels through marketing resources. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fastgrowing organization.Key Functions and Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and formulate marketing strategies with a focus on e-commerce channel
improvement;
  • Utilize both online and offline resources to build a comprehensive marketing system
that reaches and attracts key audiences to Chatime’s online beverage sales and deliveryplatform, and eventually increase the company’s revenue
  • Participate in all steps of marketing initiatives including, but may not limited to,
structure plans, deliver key designs, events execution and follow-up;
  • Manage, maintain and keep build our brand identity and profile in Atlantic region;
  • Assess and analyze data to inform marketing initiatives and track performance;
  • Communicate with global marketing team at Taiwan HQ for promoting seasonal
products;
  • Manage external public relations and social media platforms
The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • A minimum of three years of experience in marketing, business channel developing or
logistic;
  • Bachelor degree in business;
  • Experience and knowledge in E-Commerce development will be a very strong asset;
  • Demonstrate ability to quickly respond to problems, multi-task and meet deadlines;
  • With hands-on experience in independently designing business promotional material
accessible to customers;
  • Working efficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or willing to learn graphic design
programs
  • Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is considered an asset but not required.
CompensationChatime Atlantic provides all of its employees with an extremely competitive and attractivecompensation package.
