Job Description

  • Engage customers in conversations to understand and meet their needs by providing advice and service regarding coverage and the claims process.
  • Provide sound claims advice at every customer interaction to create a legendary customer experience; contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall customer experience.
  • Ensure customer problems are handled appropriately, escalating issues when necessary; refer customers to appropriate team members or internal partners as required.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to change activities based on customer and business needs.
Shareholder
  • Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity.
  • Exercise discretion in managing correspondence and confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Stay knowledgeable of practices and procedures within own area and emerging trends in claims assessment and litigation.
  • Protect the organization #39;s interests by identifying and managing risks, escalating high-risk transactions as necessary.
  • Contribute to business objectives for Operational Excellence.
  • Support the timely and accurate completion of business processes and ensure documentation is accurate and consistent with relevant rules and regulations.

  • Continuously enhance knowledge in own area and participate in knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Keep current on emerging trends and developments in the business.
Breadthamp; Depth
  • Apply intermediate knowledge to handle routine tasks with minimal to moderate risk.
  • Handle Core Auto claims with limited settlement authority.
Experienceamp; Education
  • College/University degree.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
