  • You have a permanent full-time position (Mon-Fri 7:45am-4pm, longer hours on surgery days and occasional Saturdays).

Your tasks at a glance
  • You assist during the pre-op exams and fill the patient’s charts accurately.
  • You answer patient’s questions and ensure the best service.
  • You work closely with Optometrists.
  • You conduct pre-operative and post-operative tests
  • You update the appointment system after every patients consultation.
  • You communicate with patients over the phone, and by email.
  • You are the master of keeping our tools clean and sterile.
  • You receive, sort, disassemble, decontaminate, clean, assemble, wrap, sterilize and store instruments.
  • You keep accurate records of sterile items.
A clear view of your assets
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are comfortable with computers, technology and Microsoft 365; knowledge of EMR systems is an asset.
  • You have an interest in the medical field, or have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • You are available to travel for training when necessary.
