Job Description

Bluelight Analytics was founded out of Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada in 2009. Since then, we’ve been at the forefront of light measurement technology, using our expertise to solve problems for dentists around the world.Restorative procedures make up the bulk of a dentist’s workload and revenue, but many dentists perform these treatments without having a full picture of how their equipment and materials interact. We take a data-driven approach to build products that fill that knowledge gap and provide dentists with clinical insights that help them deliver better patient care.RoleWe’re looking for a Clinical Support Specialist to join our team and help us support our customers and drive engagement in our products. We are looking for a candidate who is client-focused, task-oriented, technically inclined and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is the perfect position for a process-oriented individual who enjoys building relationships and has great attention to detail.Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide technical support and feedback.
  • Review incoming customer data daily for quality control and accuracy.
  • Monitor customer engagement metrics and develop programs to increase engagement and retention.
  • Work with the development team to test new software releases and report issues.
  • Audit and update the CRM to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare products for shipment.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of client services support tools.
  • Proactively reach out to customers for the provision of training and support through telephone, email, video conference and webinars.
  • Define new job roles/duties proactively.
Skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities.
Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience in service or support role
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Science or a related discipline.
  • A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work autonomously
Preferred
  • Dental clinic experience / Dental Assistant program completion
  • Experience with a CRM or sales tools such as HubSpot
  • Familiarity with the dental or healthcare industries
  • Start-up experience.
  • Quality control and/or data review experience.
  • French fluency (asset)
