What you will do:
  • Process manual complex financial and non-financial transactions on all mainframe systems.
  • Manage inquiries from advisors/firms and ensure customer complaints are handled efficiently, understand root cause, reconcile, and deliver solutions promptly
  • Using excel, manipulate complex commission data generated in various formats to meet requirements of commission systems.
  • Collaborate with other teams to analyze and resolve outstanding commissions issues
  • Improve efficiency of commission process by reviewing current procedures and making any applicable changes/up-dates
