Job Description – Concessions WorkerCenterplate - Scotiabank Center is looking for enthusiastic Concession Workers to work the rest of this exciting and busy season.This is an event-based business where the hours are mostly evening and weekends for events such as: Mooseheads hockey games, Thunderbirds lacrosse games, concerts etc.To qualify for this position, you must:

  • Be of working age with a valid Social Insurance Number.
  • Be available for Mooseheads and Thunderbird games as well as special events (www.scotiabank-centre.com for event schedule)
  • Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. ·
  • Have strong customer service skills.
  • Can keep your area stocked, clean and follow all "Close to Open" procedures.
  • Take direction from Managers, Supervisors and Stand Leads.
  • Be confident working in a crowed and fast-paced work environment.
  • Be confident in operating a cash register
  • Be confident in handling cash/debit and credit transactions
  • Be confident is preparing and cooking food.
  • Must comply with all food and beverage regulations.
  • Must comply with all health and safety precautions.
You will be able to start ASAP.Job Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 20 per weekSalary: From $13.60 per hourFlexible Language Requirement:
