Your role will help clients to strategically enhance their internal operating models to become a digitally connected enterprise. You will help CIOs make their function future ready. As part of a team that applies skills in IT strategy and system implementation such as Oracle, you will help clients execute their transformation strategies with the technology best suited to their business, data, and information requirements.

  • Determine and analyze clients IT and technical needs
  • Design and implement solutions to IT failures while refining programs
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, partners, and customers in multiple areas
  • Review code of your colleagues
  • Work with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Work in teams and individually as needed, including international teams
What you bring to this role:
  • Consultants usually join Management Consulting coming from an undergraduate degree or Master’s degree with less than 2 year’s work experience. Those coming from advanced degrees including MBAs, PhDs, MD, JD are encouraged to evaluate if a Senior Consultant or Consultant position is best for them.
  • You will have graduated from a university degree program (we will be considering candidates from a spectrum of programs such as business, commerce, science, engineering, arts, etc.)
  • You are a highly motivated individual, enthusiastic to take on a variety of challenges and opportunities
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You have a strong academic record
  • You have the ability to work independently without supervision
  • You have strong problem solving and analytical abilities, as well as a proven track record of successfully dealing with competing priorities and deadlines under pressure
  • You have a strong sense of personal accountability
  • You have an entrepreneurial drive, and are a creative problem solver
