To do this, we need leaders at all levels of the organization who embrace a challenge and believe in their ability to make a difference.About Our OpportunityThe Program Lead for PHIS Continuous Improvement (CI) is responsible to drive ongoing improvements to service delivery and data quality for the Public Health Information Solutions (PHIS) Program, a key component of our Digital Health Programs. The Program Lead also manages key operational aspects of the program, monitoring key performance indicators and driving efforts to standardize, identify and implement best practices.Reporting to the PHIS Program Manager, they work with a variety of Public Health system stakeholders, including the PHIS program team, key software vendors, public health teams at both DHW and NSHA, and technical partners at NSDS and NSHA.The positive impact of the Public Health Information Solutions program and Digital Health solutions on Nova Scotia’s health system has been demonstrated through recent COVID-19 response, and you can build upon that foundation for the future.Primary AccountabilitiesKey accountabilities of the Program Lead for PHIS Continuous Improvement (CI) include:• Lead efforts to instill confidence with key stakeholders in the completeness, quality of PHIS data, to maximize its value to the health system.
