To make our network of over 1400 travel entities more profitable, efficient and help them create truly unique travel for their clients.Job DescriptionAs Contracts Administration Manager, you will manage the process and implementation of loading airline contracts, including the terms and conditions, and clearly communicate contract updates throughout the business units within the agency. The candidate should have experience understanding air/travel contracts and be a fast learner for the platforms within our agency, including our systems, Contract Management Facility (CMF) and the Contract Management System (CMS). The candidate will manage contract expirations and extensions and work closely with the air procurement team to ensure no lapses in our air agreements. As a manager, you will be responsible for QC ticket requests requiring manual review and reissue. This position will work closely with the air support team to implement new functionality and improve ticketing operations, accuracy, and efficiency.
