We are looking for a passionate, problem-solving, and customer service-focused individual to join our Professional Services Customer Experience Outreach team. As an outbound Professional Services specialist, your success within the role allows you to help small businesses achieve their goals. On a daily basis you will identify the customers needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner. This could include handling retention, billing questions, design changes, technical issues, and upsells.What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

  • increase positive customer sentiment and brand loyalty.
  • Communicate with customers via inbound/outbound support providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Clear and concise interdepartmental communication
  • Understand our customers’ goals and challenges to provide expert recommendations for their design/marketing strategy.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience (required)
  • Love of website design, social media, and/or small business
  • Must be able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Powerful desire to learn web-based technologies
  • Enjoy interacting with diverse groups of people, both internal/external
