  • Individuals that thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate in promoting kind, caring and helpful behavior with a can do attitude
  • Passionate about pets or is a pet owner
  • Secondary school education or equivalent
  • Above the age of 18
  • At least one solid year experience in the customer service space
  • Tech savvy and has an aptitude for learning about new technology and processes to bring value to the ContactPoint360 team
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills as you are expected to support different communication channels (Phone calls, Live Chat, and Emails).
  • Exceptional skills in accurate data entry
  • Strong interpersonal and independent problem-solving skills
  • Highly reliable-strong attendance record
  • Decision-making skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with customers
  • Ability to pass a background check – Government valid photo IDs required
  • Has a high level of grit to overcome challenges and obstacles with the team
  • Willing to service 40 hours per week. Hours of operations are between 6am to 2am EST, Mondays to Sundays.
