Job Description

We are a Marketing Agency with a broad reach, seeking Customer Service Representatives and offering an enticing compensation structure- an hourly wage PLUS bonus structure. Responsibilites:
  • Connect with customers previously acquired on behalf of our various clients by our sales team via marketing campaign both in-person and over phone/email/Zoom
  • Maintain accurate and detailed Client/Customer files and engage in follow-up conversations
  • Work with our management team to enhance business development methods regarding sales and product knowledge processes
  • Participate in workshops and training days
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Basic administrative tasks including: filing, basic data entry, use of Microsoft Office/Google Docs/Sheets and internal sales software, email correspondence and database maintenance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our clients, their customer base and purpose of follow up connections and ongoing support
  • Report and classify customer complaints/concerns in internal database and action as necessary
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience in Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Admin or Client Service/Account Management
  • Ability to efficiently navigate technology, computer literacy required
  • Confidence interacting with customers both in person and via phone/remotely
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Confident and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to proudly represent our business, clients and maintain professionalism at all times
