Our Customer Service Technicians are authorized agents with Bell Aliant and work shift schedules 7 days a week to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair television, telephone, high-speed internet, and related services in a professional, friendly manner at residential locations.Qualifications: · Previous experience in fibre and/or copper installation and repair considered an asset· Strong customer service skills· Positive attitude with the ability to work well with colleagues and clients· Self-motivated, with time management skills· Adaptable with the ability to confidently make decisions under little supervision· Ability to use various hand tools and small power toolsRequirements: · Flexible to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as on-call· Available to work 40 hours per week, with the potential for overtime hours, if needed· Ready, willing, and able to work throughout the current pandemic· Valid driver’s license with a clear driver’s abstract· Clear criminal background check· Ability to lift 75lbs and carry, climb, and work from a ladderWhat we provide: · Competitive compensation package including earned vacation time, banked time, group RRSP, group benefits and EAP· Company apparel· Smart phone· Company vehicle· Training and development opportunities· A laid-back, inclusive, employee-focused atmosphereWe are looking for both experienced technicians and those looking to get their start in the telecommunications industry.
