Job Description

Do you love creating, marketing and the excitement of quickly growing brands Do you like to share, and post to support friends & local businesses Do you know what it takes to engage & grow a harmonized in person and online communityTake it Outside (and related companies) are looking for a Digital Marketing & Ecom Specialist to manage Social media & Ecommerce platforms. This position will oversee growth by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage/ retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our companies.This position requires a results driven and progress focused team member. We strive to be forward thinking, constantly refining with maximum efficiency. Specific duties and responsibilities include:

  • Work with leadership team to develop and implement a strategic marketing plan for all platforms
  • Develop effective social, email, and ecom growth strategy that increases awareness, engagement, followers, foot traffic and sales
  • Create marketing and social media campaigns, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
  • Manage and develop content for company websites including divisions
  • Produce digital, written and video content for social & ecommerce platforms
Position technical requirements:Recent graduate with a degree in Communications or Marketing, Experience with Social Media Management, Marketing Experience, Content Creation, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Web Design and Strategy, Data Collection and Analysis, Technology Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Self-Motivated, Creative Problem-Solving Skills, Experience with Major Social Media PlatformsPosition personal requirements:
  • Positive attitude & ability to work efficiently. Highly organized & capable of working well on a variety of tasks at once.
  • Extremely team oriented. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
