Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition OverviewThe Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the planning and execution of effective digital strategies and programs to build and promote Synergy CHC owned brands in markets internationally, in particular North America, using paid media channels. You will manage our digital advertising in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.We expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and paid media solutions that are relevant for our industry and business. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver our company’s views and mission to our target audience effectively.Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and optimizing paid advertising using various platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Walmart, Criteo, Citrus Ads, etc.
  • Setting up and managing campaigns, ad groups, audiences, ads, keywords, bids, and budgets for all assigned accounts on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Managing and building various email lists, campaigns, and flows, including design templates, call-to-actions, and content used in email sends for all assigned accounts.
  • Conducting research on market, competitors, consumer behaviour, keywords, etc for each assigned account.
  • Analyzing data and creating reports on marketing activities and effectiveness.
  • Reporting to the Director of Marketplace and stakeholders on a weekly basis with updates, recommendations and insights.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a digital specialist
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience with the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat), marketplace (Amazon, Walmart) and content distribution and placement networks.
  • Past experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics.
  • Working knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors, key algorithms, SEO analysis, and hands-on optimization.
