You are the one responsible for introducing the guest to the experience by telling our story, providing menu recommendations and extending to them the premium experience the brand carries.Role of the Server- Be enthusiastic, professional and hospitable- Posses a passion for food & beverage- Has an eye for details- Ensure every guest leaves wanting to return by providing an engaging and unrivaled guest experience- Provide suggestions and pairing recommendations for food & drink based on their dining choices- Posses a sincere attitude to be of service to others with a desire to succeedKey Performance Indicators & Responsibilities- Demonstrated high level knowledge of LE ROUGE concept including products, policies and promotions.- Provides exceptional table service- taking orders, answering menu & beverage inquiries, explaining daily features, place orders with kitchen while following standards as it pertains to each task.- Accurately processes bills and takes payments without delay.- Handles guest concerns with and without support of the management team.- Provides the highest quality of service at all times in all guest interactions.- Clearing, setting, polishing and cleaning tables, glassware & utensils.- Preparation and cleanliness of dining room & service stands before, after & during each service.- Proper adherence to cash handling procedures as outlined in company policies.- Correct use of POS system, adhering to all company standards and policies- Ensures safe and responsible alcohol service as per all Serve Right Regulations.Qualifications & Job Requirements- Minimum of 1 year related serving experience- Fluent in English both written and verbal- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, days, evenings, nights, weekends & holidays- Collaborative in a team environment, focused on success of the team not individual.- Maintain a sense of urgency and momentum- Ability to stay calm under pressureJob Types: Part-time, Permanent, CasualSalary: From $14.50 per hourBenefits:
