Location: In-person in Halifax, Nova Scotia, CanadaThis is not a sales position. As a Door-to-Door HVAC Representative, you #39;ll be responsible for visiting homeowners to assess their HVAC needs and setting up appointments for our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, has a strong work ethic, and is excited about making a real difference in people’s lives. Our team is growing, and we #39;re looking for motivated individuals to join us as Door-to-Door HVAC Representatives!Key Responsibilities:

• Knock on doors and engage homeowners in conversation about their HVAC systems.
• Conduct basic assessments of the home #39;s heating and cooling needs.
• Set up appointments with our expert sales team for in-depth consultations.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with customers.

What We Offer:

• Guaranteed base salary: $650 per week.
• Competitive commission: Earn commissions on every assessment that leads to a sale.
• Average earnings: $55,000 to $65,000 per year including base salary and commission.
• Fast growth opportunities: Perform well in this role, and you could quickly transition into a Salesman position where top performers typically earn $80K+ per year.

Who You Are:

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
