Our Kitchen team strives to use the best of what the Maritimes has to offer to create a delicious menu that not only incorporates amazing fresh seafood, but also farm fresh local produce, meats and poultry. We want an experienced line cook who is looking for the opportunity to take their cooking to the next level and grow within MHG throughout the Maritimes!As an Experienced Line Cook, You Will

  • Have the opportunity to grow and learn within the company
  • Prepare food and menu items to the highest standard
  • Cook menu items in co-operation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Clean kitchen and work area
  • Follow all operations policies and procedures
  • Work alongside of the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere
Who You Are
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • Love for building strong relations with team members
  • Flexibility - Our back of house staff will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • A desire for personal and professional development
What You Bring
  • 3-5 years cooking experience
  • A passion for pursuing your culinary career
  • A culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset
  • Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
