We offer full-time permanent staff a challenging and progressive environment with a competitive compensation and group benefits package.We are currently seeking a Facilities Clerk to join our team based in our Halifax, NS office.Start Date: June, 2021Type of Position: Full-Time, PermanentHours of Work: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.Close Date: Tuesday, May 25, 2021Position Summary:Working in our Document Centre and Reception desk, you will be a member of the team responsible for providing clerical support services to lawyers and staff.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provides photocopying, scanning, faxing, and CD burning services to Lawyers and Staff;Primary daily support for Reception, which includes, but is not limited to, answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients, advising lawyers and staff of their arrival and booking meeting rooms;Ensures proper scanning, emailing and routing of faxes, couriers and mail to the appropriate person where required;Processes incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages where required;Assists in maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies in convenience centers and kitchens; and,Other duties as assignedCandidate Profile:Minimum of a High school diploma required;Previous experience in a service oriented environment preferred;Excellent organization skills;Willingness to assist others voluntarily or as requested in a team environment;Ability to adapt to changing priorities; and,Ability to maintain a high standard of work under pressure and pay attention to details under strict time deadlines.Working Conditions:Ability to lift and move heavy items.Interested Candidates:For security purposes, applicants are asked to submit their resume, cover letter and any other accompanying application documents in PDF format.Interested candidates can apply here.We thank all applicants for their interest.
