This centrally located practice is located in Spryfield and is a short commute to central Halifax. This clinic is professionally managed, fully supported by friendly administrative staff and is comprised of 5 Family Physicians. This opportunity may be full time or part time. The compensation structure for this position is fee-for-service and physicians practicing on a in a full-time role can expect to earn an annual income of approximately $265, 000+ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Examine patients and take their histories, order diagnostic tests and laboratory procedures; advise patients on health care, health promotion, and disease prevention
• Consultation and referral to other medical practitioners’
• Act as a patient’s advocate
• Prescribe and administer medications and treatments, inoculations and vaccinations
• Report births, deaths, contagious and other diseases as per Nova Scotia Public Health requirements
