With a natural proclivity for relationship building, our Front Desk Manager will have the respect of the management team and be a builder of long-term, values-based customer relationships. A detailed business leader inspiring accuracy and precision behind their natural warmth, whether ensuring compliance with operating procedures or delivering accurate financial reporting. They are comfortable being deeply analytical and reporting directly to hotel ownership when required.The successful candidate will hold a degree or diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, an advanced degree is considered an asset. Having had a progressive career in hospitality spanning 7+ years working experience, they are comfortable in all hospitality disciplines including guest service, sales and revenue management. Their experience is complimented by clear communication and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively across departments and with the Executive leadership. Strong financial management skills and knowledge are a must.
