We are hiring an Office Assistant to welcome visitors and take care of general administrative tasks. In this role, you will receive guests, answer phones and schedule meetings. You will also maintain inventory, provide information to employees and ensure a clean work environment. Office Assistant responsibilities include taking care of supplies, preparing mailings and copying documents. You should be detail-oriented, well organized and able to handle several tasks simultaneously. Since you will deal with both internal and external customers or clients regularly, we also need evidence of your organizational skills.
