Job Description

Administrator Needed!We are currently seeking an Administrator for one of our valued clients in Lower Sackville.

  • $20-$21/hour, paid weekly
  • Monday to Friday, 8am-430pm
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in an administrative role or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Accounts Receivables experience an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Self Motivated
Job duties may include but not limited to:
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Accounts Receivables
  • Data entry (numerical and alphabetical)
  • Filing (electronic and hard copy)
  • Process orders
  • Scheduling, planning, and coordinating
  • Other administrative duties as needed
