Job Description

If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a [[Helpdesk Associate]] to join our team in [[Halifax]], [[Nova Scotia]], [[Canada]].The Service Desk Team is part of an organization dedicated at providing superior customer service. The teams overall responsibility is to provide first call resolution for all technology issues including desktops, some basic TCP/IP troubleshooting, desktop applications (MS Office 365, Adobe products, Oracle, etc.).Members of this team will service a dynamic client base and environment, and their technical skillset will be maintained through continual training and skill development. Strong communication skills requiredMaintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service level agreements.Receiving, logging and managing calls via telephone using an Service Now.Work in rotating shiftsBasic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven Helpdesk/Desktop Resolution Support.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven Desktop remote administration.
  • Minimum 1 years of proven experience supporting PCs, laptops and printers.
  • Minimum 1 year of working knowledge of Apple products (iPhone and iPad).
  • Minimum 2 years of knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10).
  • Minimum 1 year of working knowledge of MS Office 365.
  • Minimum 1 year of basic networking skills with TCP/IP.
  • Minimum 1 year of Active Directory knowledge (ability to check user accounts, reset passwords).
  • Minimum 1 year of Problem solving experience, the resource should be able to look into the root cause and resolve the same.
