Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the position of Hospitality Manager for our growing organization. The Hospitality Manager will oversee all aspects of hospitality related areas, including banquets, special events, receptions, and hotel conferences. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their department to meet business objectives and to ensure that all special events go smoothly, from the initial planning phase through scheduling and executing.Responsibilities:

  • Support the hotel sales and marketing departments in finding new prospects for the hotel.
  • Proactively offer to promote special events hosted at the hotel and improve brand awareness.
  • Work with hotel departments to promote brand awareness in new markets.
  • Manage and maintain effective relationship with sales team, entertainment, and corporate groups.
  • Manage the allocation of guest rooms to different corporate groups based on business requirements.
  • Train and supervise staff members.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:

Education:
  • Bachelors Degree (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
