If you share our values andwould like to work with skilled professionals, Armour is presently seeking a Hotel Maintenance Lead tojoin our team.We are presently seeking a full time Hotel Maintenance Lead, to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position. Availability for weekend shifts and week night shifts is preferred.Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, the Hotel Maintenance Lead assists in the day-to-dayoperations and maintenance of Queen’s Marque with a focus on Maintenance at our 5-star luxury hotel,Muir, located on the Halifax Waterfront.The general presentation of the property in a first-class manner will be at the forefront of the role. Dutieswill include light maintenance, property protection, guest services and responding to and testing ofbuilding systems (example: fire alarms).The successful candidate will have at least 2 years customer service experience in cleaning, maintenance,hospitality, security or another related role. Experience with minor maintenance work and repairs isconsidered an asset. Familiarity with electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems is also considered anasset. The ability to follow instructions and implement company practices and procedures are a must.Additionally, the successful candidate will have the ability to maintain open communication with both theHotel General Manager, Building Operator and Senior Property Manager.The Armour Group Limited is a family business valuing a commitment to excellence, high performance,accountability, integrity, and teamwork.
