Job Description

Integrated Staffing is currently working with a popular client in the Downtown Halifax area to recruit an HR assistant! Are you an organized individual with strong computer skills If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you!WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY

  • Monday to Friday, Day-time hours
  • Business casual attire
  • $18 - $21 an hour, plus 4% vacation pay
THE JOBAs an HR Assistant, you will assist with:
  • Procurement and Invoicing
  • Filing/Copying
  • Entering attendance for the payroll system
  • Taking minutes for the Health and Safety Committee
  • Supporting the performance appraisal process
  • Tracking and arranging training requirements
  • Other related office duties
REQUIREMENTS
  • Successful completion of a one (1) year Office or Business Administration program
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ of experience in an administrative or combined administrative and customer service role
  • Proficient use of office software such as MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and various types of office equipment, proven through education or experience.
  • Proficient technical skills in various virtual communication mediums or other platforms.
