Position DetailsPosition Title Instructor Limited-termPosting Number F301PType of position Limited TermDepartment/Unit Psychology and NeuroscienceLocation HalifaxAbout the opportunityPsychology and Neuroscience Department, Dalhousie University 100% 10-month limited-term Instructor appointment.Start date August 1, 2022The Department of Psychology and Neuroscience at Dalhousie University invites applications for a 10-month limited-term Instructor to start August 1, 2022. Job candidates should have a PhD degree in Psychology and have teaching experience at the undergraduate level, and preferably in the areas of Clinical Psychology, Research Methods in Psychology, and Psychopathology. Experience with online course delivery and online learning management systems (preferably Brightspace) is required.The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing five (5), 3-credit hour courses (3 in the fall term, 2 in the winter term): Adult Psychopathology (PSYO 2220F), Methods in Experimental Clinical Psychology (PSYO 3122F/W), Childhood Psychopathology (PSYO 3129F/W). Note: PSYO 2220 and 3122 is planned to be delivered in-person, while PSYO 3129 is planned for online delivery.Applications can be made at https://dal.peopleadmin.ca/postings/8672 and should be submitted by 4 March 2022.
