eCustom Solutions is looking for five enthusiastic individuals to join our team of intake specialists.***Please note we are looking for independent contractors***Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities· Calling outbound customers who have indicated an interest in our services.· Qualifying customers cases and retaining them for the law firm.· Handling inbound calls and customer inquiries.· Follow up with potential customersAvailability: · This is a work from home position, and you will require a quiet area to work.· Hours of operation in PST time are from Monday – Sunday, 8am to 7pm· 40 hours per weekEducation and Experience· High school diploma or equivalent· Excellent written and spoken English· Some experience in a call center considered an asset· Typing skills with a minimum speed of 30wpmSkills· Active listening skills· Customer service orientation· Self-motivated to work productively in a virtual environment.· Very good attention to detail· The ability to multi-task is a mustTechnical Requirements· Personal Computer running windows 10/11· Hardwired connection from the computer to the modem (Must be Ethernet, NO WIFI)· USB headset with microphone (Bluetooth, wireless or 3.5mm will NOT WORK)· Internet speeds of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload or higher are requiredJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $15.00-$18.00 per hourAdditional pay:
