Kinesiologist - Canada Games CentreHalifax, NSStatus: Permanent, full timeLocation: Canada Games CentreSchedule: Monday to FridayWe are seeking a permanent, full-time energetic Kinesiologist to join our collaborative team in Halifax, NS!Lifemark is passionate about enriching the health of Canadians through movement. Kinesiology is integral in promoting our clients #39; healing and improving recovery time. We believe when you move better, you feel better. This is at the heart of everything we do, and we are seeking a Kinesiologist who shares this same philosophy. If you #39;re someone who thrives in a dynamic outpatient clinic, is eager to learn more, and is passionate about helping our clients get back to life, you belong here!Your Day-to-Day:

  • We are providing healthcare assisting in preventing and managing injury, chronic disease, disability, and overall performance.
  • Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Working collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals at your clinic
  • Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
  • Managing caseload in a fast-paced environment
  • Networking to promote Lifemark RMT programs
What You Bring to the Team:
  • University degree in Kinesiology or physical education degree
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prioritize workload and maximize efficiency within the position
  • Work cooperatively within the pt Health team to set goals, resolve problems and accomplish objectives
  • An integrated team member that works closely with Physiotherapist.
