The Lead will leverage existing resources, identify gaps, help optimize the volunteer role within palliative care and provide expertise in the continued development of tools, resources and mechanisms for connecting palliative care volunteer services across the province, in accordance with the Canadian Code for Volunteer Involvement.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:
