What is the roleAs a Learning Event Coordinator (LEC) in Client Services, your role is critical to the relationship between Insights and client organizations as well as client success.You will ensure both Insights and clients have access to necessary information, embrace our service model and be responsible for the organization, processing, and delivery of customer needs globally. You will deliver our quality and governance standards consistently and to a high level, resulting in our customers being very satisfied with the service you provide. In doing so, you are a key contributor to successful operations of our business.This is a fast-paced role where you’ll have autonomy to manage your own schedule based on your workload. Working as part of a team, and cross-functionally to other parts of our business you will be proactive and ensure tasks are picked up quicklyamp; efficiently such that legendary service is provided to every customer.What are we looking forYou’ll be a self-starter with a positive can-do attitude, an ability to identifyamp; work to clear priorities and will manage your time effectively.
