Job Description

Our small team is growing! We are excited to add new members to our BOH team as our business grows.Do you have a passion for or interest in Japanese cuisine Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment You may be the perfect fit for our full time prep cook/supervisor!Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of safe food storage guidelines
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to use kitchen utensils safely
  • Ability to take direction and work as a team player
  • Strong knife skills
We woud like to see 2 to 3 years of related experience. While experience in Japanese cuisine is an asset, passion and a desire to learn are essential.Resume and cover letter are required to be considered for this position. Failure to provide a cover letter will disqualify your application.Please note that this position requires a valid NS drivers license and use of a personal vehicle.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $15.00-$18.00 per hourBenefits:
