This is an in-office position (not permanent remote), with the opportunity to sometimes work from home or other locations.The Okanagan is known for its incredible skiing, golf, biking, hiking, camping, paddle boarding and more, all within a few minutes of the office. We have the best summer weather in all of Canada. This area has all the amenities of larger cities, including the University of British Columbia-Okanagan, yet is much more affordable than Vancouver to buy a home.Our primary fields of practice are family law, wills and estates, personal injury, including ICBC defense, and business law.We provide very competitive compensation and benefits. Pay starts at $80,000 for a beginner lawyer and is more for lawyers with experience. We also pay for your bar fees and insurance, and full benefits after three months. We provide an excellent training and mentoring program for junior lawyers, staff support, up to date technology and work-life balance.
