Job Description

Universal Realty Group is a Halifax-based property management company known for setting the standards of excellence in residential accommodation and commercial leasing. We are currently seeking a qualified, Mall Administrator for the Park Lane Mall, located in downtown Halifax, NS.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting residents & their guests, screening persons entering the building
  • Answering the telephone
  • Dispensing mail, deliveries & packages and taking rental payments
  • Logging maintenance requests
  • Recording incidents that occur & responding to requests
  • Inventory and creating purchase order.
  • Other admin duties
Your qualifications include:
  • Experience with purchase orders considered and asset
  • Experience with Yardi considered an asset
  • Experience in commercial or residential administration or coordination considered an asset
  • Will be required to answer general inquires from patrons in the mall such as( washroom locations, store location etc.
  • Be able to put through payments on the POS and receive checks
  • Well versed in Microsoft word, excel, outlook, and power point
  • Neat and clean appearance - Must wear standard uniform while on duty
