Our 6,000 faculty and staff foster a vibrant, purpose-driven community, that celebrated 200 years of academic excellence in 2018.Job SummaryThe Office of Advancement engages with the university’s constituency – alumni, donors, and friends – to support the strategic priorities and academic mission of the institution. Reporting to the Executive Director, Advancement Operations Constituent Management plays a key role in achieving the University’s strategic goals of developing relationships and securing external investment by providing the Office of Advancement with the constituent data needed to facilitate engagement, development, and stewardship activities.Key Responsibilities

  • Oversees data administration services for all areas within the Office of Advancement and formulates strategic direction for the Constituent Management unit and oversees execution.
  • Defines, plans, and actively manages various types of data initiatives and measures and reports on impact of data enhancement projects. Develops and implements data-related policies and procedures for the Office of Advancement.
  • Determines benchmarks and monitors volume of work, sets production goals for his/her team and ensures they are met.
  • Uncovers and resolve discrepancies in data as they appear in audit reports and other sources.
  • Conducts audit reporting to ensure integrity and accuracy standards are being met.
  • Responsible for the hiring, supervision, and management of staff in the Constituent Management Unit.

However, health and safety risks to our community will continue to be monitored and a vaccine mandate may be reinstated if necessary.QualificationsUndergraduate degree in business or information management with focus on information services and/or data integrity plus, a minimum of five years’ relevant progressive experience in information management and/or data integrity (or an equivalent combination or training and experience) is required. Strong attention to detail and be well versed in data entry and data integrity principles is necessary. Demonstrated excellence in customer service and working as part of a team is required. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills is required. Proficiency in computers and the use of data integrity tools and reporting software and being able to adapt to new technologies with ease is required. Project, process and change management skills is an asset.
