Working with site leaders and subject matter experts across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Ontario, you willChampion the consistent application of organizational standards for service excellence, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives that will have a direct and positive impact on the resident experience.Lead the development of an organization-wide standards assessment model to identify trends, best practices, gaps and opportunities.Understand the application of standards in each location, working closely with operations to identify potential revisions and/or resourcing required.Ensure proper governance of materials related to brand standards, tracking ongoing changes, and leading the scheduled release of updates to operations.Assess brand health through the resident experience framework and organizational assessment tools (Quality of Life Survey, Guiding Principles, etc.).Support the opening of new retirement living and long term care communities, ensuring materials, orientation and service excellence standards are implemented and brand-aligned.Provide presentations, training and progress reports to team members and leadership.About YouIn addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality management or a similar combination of brand and/or franchise management training is required.A minimum of five years’ experience managing standards compliance for franchise operations, hospitality or hotel operations and/or customer service is preferred.A clear, convincing, and collaborative approach to writing, speaking and relationship-building is required and impacts every level of the organization.Dependable and committed to delivering quality, professional service with a positive attitude.Proven ability for attention to detail and a high level of initiativeA valid driver’s license (travel in areas of operation is required)About UsIt all began in 1988 when our Founder, Joseph Shannon, purchased a single nursing home in his hometown of Sydney, Cape Breton.
