Report any privacy concerns to the company Privacy officer.Responsible for managing the tax receipting processMonthly revenue and collections performance reporting internally and externally, including aged AR, AFDA, margins, etc.Perform regular 1:1 meeting with direct reportsReview and validate AR period close at month-endCompletion of annual medical tax receiptsAnnual rate increases ensuring all rates are processed on time and accuratelySupports/leads on-going training of Accounts Receivables Team and Business Managers in billing / revenue processesSupport site staff by assisting with AR functions for new openingsAbout YouIn addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:University degree in finance, accounting, or businessExperience managing a teamPublic accounting experience or 3+ years experience in an account receivable’s roleExperience with Yardi softwareExperience in the health care or health-related industryExperience with collectionsAbout UsIt all began in 1988 when our Founder, Joseph Shannon, purchased a single nursing home in his hometown of Sydney, Cape Breton.
