Job Description

  • THIS JOB IS FOR EVENINGS & WEEKENDS ONLY
  • Greeting Guests and Welcoming them to the Hotel
  • Creating & Modifying Reservations
  • Checking Guests In & Out
  • Answering incoming calls at the Front Desk
  • Supervise & Oversee the Front Desk Staff working during your evening and weekend shifts.
  • Resolve Any Guest Issues or Complaints That May Arise During Your Shifts
  • Resolve to the best of your abilities any minor maintenance issues that may arise during your shifts.
  • Cover Front Desk Staffs breaks during your shifts.
  • Keep the Assistant Manager & Guest Services Manager updated with any issues that have come up during your shifts.
  • Communicate with All Departments... Housekeeping, Breakfast Bar, Laundry, Maintenance Etc... to make sure each department head has a game plan for the day and that their departments are completely covered. **ESPECIALLY ON THE WEEKENDS**
